| Customer Support Representative Now looking for Bilingual Individuals - Speaking English and Spanish! =================================== Job Description ============================================== Bobcares Customer Support Representatives provide excellent Technical/Customer Support to Web Hosting and Internet Service Provider clients by evaluating customer problems and coordinating with Engineers in India to resolve client problems. You will have hands on experience at trouble shooting customer problems & interacting with customers via phone. You will interface with a group of experienced Engineers in India via chat when needed. As well as, you will learn a great deal about Web Hosting and the Internet Service Provider industry. Required Skills ============================================== o) Excellent customer service skills o) Excellent verbal and written skills o) Excellent analytical skills o) Strong work ethic o) Self Starter o) Quick learner o) Able to adhere to set guidelines o) Neat appearance and mannerisms o) Have the ability to multi-task o) Most importantly -- you must be reliable Desired Skills ============================================== o) Have a base knowledge of Linux and Windows technology. o) Have worked on or familiar with website control panels like cPanel, H-Sphere and Plesk or any other server management tools. Responsibilities ============================================== o) Assist customers with their questions or issues o) Walk customers through possible resolutions over the phone o) Opening trouble tickets for issues that cannot be resolved by a Tier I Technician o) Follow escalation procedures to ensure quick resolution of issues and customer satisfaction o) Work with Engineers to quickly resolve problems o) Assist with educating the customers, as time permits o) Other duties assigned by Management There will be interaction with Bobcares Management, Engineers and customers. Anyone we hire will learn a great deal - we are not looking for someone with extensive server administration experience, but rather someone that is willing to come in at the ground level willing to learn and become part of the successful Bobcares Team. Bobcares is a 24x7 company and currently we are *looking an early AM (6:00am -- 10:00am) part time person*, with the possibility of becoming a full time employee.
